Mary Mawn, Ph.D.

Mary V. Mawn is Dean of the School of Science, Mathematics, and Technology and an Associate Professor of Biology at SUNY Empire State College. Her research interests include online science teacher education and identifying ways to teach science process skills through distance learning. She earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
