Cancellations

海角社区appwill refund registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, to paid registrants who submit a cancellation request to registration@asmusa.org on or before Friday, Sept. 6, 2024. All refunds will be processed by Oct. 23, 2024 (after the 海角社区appNGS).

Substitutions

There will be no substitutions. Registrants who cannot attend due to medical restrictions may receive full refunds with supporting documentation. 海角社区appis not responsible for cancellation fees resulting from scheduling, transportation, hotel or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.

Hotel Accommodations

海角社区apphas secured discounted room rates at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20001, and encourages participants to book within the official 海角社区appNGS room block for the best selection and rates. The Hyatt is offering a $339.00, plus tax, room rate to 海角社区appNGS Conference participants. Online reservations will be available on a first come, first served basis until Friday, Sept. 13, 2024.
